Are you interested in discovering a practice that encourages exploration of your mind and spirit while providing you with an opportunity to relax and have fun? Are you ready to jump-start or increase your creativity, but you don’t know where to begin?

Soul Space Cards are a creative form of expression to help you explore your inner wisdom in a fun, dynamic, and safe environment. By creating a collage of images on a 5x8” card (using the process of SoulCollage® as created by Seena B. Frost), Soul Space Cards are a creative and uplifting way to discover various aspects of your self.

This foundational workshop introduces you to the basics of creating Soul Space Cards. For your first card creation, we’ll make use of prompts to help get your artistic and intuitive inspiration flowing. Don’t worry if you’re not an artist -- no experience is necessary! The creation of Soul Space Cards will help you tap into the talent of your inner artist, even if you’ve never considered yourself creative.

When: Saturday, March 24, 1-4 PM
Where: Studio 22, Lincoln Street Center in Rockland

Level: No experience required
Cost: A donation of $25 is requested
