The Perdiem Help at Home LPN/RN provides block time nursing care for the Help at Home Private Duty Program Level of Care. The Perdiem Help at Home LPN/RN collaborates and coordinates with the Director of Nursing and follows the established plan of care. The Help at Home LPN/RN acts to uphold the Agency’s mission, clinical expertise and maintenance of standards of care for Help at Home and fiscal soundness within a changing health care environment.
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program. One year of clinical experience required. Additional experience in pediatric, geriatric and acute care areas desirable. CPR certification or eligibility, current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Maine. Ability to work independently in home settings presenting diverse physical conditions and socio-economic environments. Regular travel involved in daily activities. Can work with patients/families of all ages and cultures. Current Maine drivers license, reliable transportation and proof of current agency acceptable motor vehicle liability insurance required.
