Experienced shop manager/cabinetmaker position available in high-end woodworking shop in Rockport; Full-time position. Applicant must have thorough working knowledge of cabinetmaking, installation & finishing. Position requires leading a 3 to 6 man shop, estimating and tracking projects, layout and materials acquisition, scheduling and coordinating installs including subcontractors and vendors. Must have basic to moderate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and emailing programs. Integrity, self-motivation, efficiency minded, and interpersonal skills a must. Finishing, turning, carving, carpentry, design work, and other relevant skills a plus. Competitive pay, benefits, health insurance, and employer matching 401K.
